Real Estate is something I was born in to—second generation. I've embraced it as my full-time and lifetime career choice. For 12 years I've endeavored to grow as a person and as a Realtor, providing the absolute best service possible. I am married to Andrea, and have a daughter named Riley and son named Liam. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading non-fiction, and sports. I like to golf and fish, and love watching (or playing) football, basketball, and baseball. I am a huge Seahawk fan!

My earned designations are as follows: 

CRS Certified Residential Specialist. The highest designation for Residential Real Estate. Less than 4% of all Realtors hold this designation, which requires a combination of experience, sales, and advanced courses.

E-Pro Internet Marketing Professional. E-Pro designee's have been trained to offer the best in on-line marketing and expertise for their clients.

GREEN Designation: Certified in course teaching Residential Green construction, as well as remodeling and green renovation methods, with an emphasis on promoting a green lifestyle and educating buyers on making homes more energy efficient.

Certified Marketing Specialist:
John L Scott's marketing designation requires expertise in marketing Residential Real Estate, additional education classes, selling experience, and successful completion of John L Scott's patented Listing Launch.

ASP Accredited Staging Professional
Andrea specializes in Professional Home Staging. We have been certified and trained to help you stage your home. Staged homes have proven to sell for more money, in less time!

REO Certified: I have been involved in over 100 short sale and REO sales, and I've been trained and certified in both REO property (Bank owned) and short sales.

Community Involvement:

Served 7 years President of Trickle Creek Neighborhood Association, 9 years volunteer Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America. Coach of Purple Cats Eastside Girls soccer team.
