Joel is an expert when it comes to Brevard real estate. He is a native to the county and has extensive knowledge of the Space Coast and surrounding markets. Joel attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where he earned a bachelors degree in Organization Development. Prior to entering real estate, Joel has been quite the entrepreneur owning several different companies in various industries including hospitality and import/export. He started practicing real estate sales in 2001 in the Orlando, Florida and returned homed to Brevard in 2008. In the last 14 years of real estate sales, Joel has listed and sold just about every type of property out there including residential, commercial, vacant land and businesses. He enjoys working with families and individuals moving into the area. Growing up here, Brevard County is Joel's area of expertise. It is easy for him to show his clients the benefits of living on the Space Coast. Joel has the area knowledge necessary to guide new residents to the neighborhoods that suit their needs and in fact many of his clients have become long-term friends. Joel is married with a toddler and some of his favorite things to do in his leisure time are playing tennis, golf, surfing and fishing .
