Coastal Homes Real Estate Specialist Pat Barton has been an active resident here in Virginia Beach for over 30 years.  Pat’s mother, Karen Barton, was a real estate agent at Sandbridge Beach for several years with Kabler & Riggs, which later became Sandbridge Realty.  Since 2007 Pat has been representing sellers and buyers of all types in the communities of Lago Mar, Heritage Park, Sherwood Lakes, Red Mill, Ashville Park and Sandbridge Beach.
