Located within the new residential neighborhood of “Aldea Zama”, Agua de Mar is a residential concept that enjoys the privilege of being surrounded by Tulum’s natural vegetation without disregarding comfort and exclusiveness.

It consists of two contemporary and ecological towers, each with 12 condos facing north-south in order to be favored by the area’s winds. Typical, regional materials were used such as hard wood, grass (zacate) palapas, and rustic stone coverings.

In the middle of the development there is a relaxing and entertainment area with a pool and an exterior lounge area, surrounded by the region’s wonderful vegetation.

At the entrance of this area is the palapa that doubles as a common terrace for the residents’ gatherings. The development’s design has an eco-contemporary trend, using natural materials, integrating natural vegetation, and taking advantage of the natural light. Each condo has two bedrooms, each one with en suite bathrooms, and a wooden closet area, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (without appliances) with a service bar, guest bathroom, laundry area, heater, and exterior balcony. Just like in the common areas, the interior uses natural – but resistant – materials, creating an eco-chic space, providing a warm touch and a feeling of wellbeing.
