The Beach Resort is a located tourist project in the province of Samana. Extended in an area of 30,507 square meters between the highway and the beach, has a beach front of approximately 120 meters.

- 1 administrative building with a roof marquee to receive buses, two bathrooms, counter reception, accounting and manager offices,construction area of 90 m2

- 1 A la Carte Restaurant of 120 meters squared with bar area, for 50 people approximately, constructed in particular with cane ceiling, equipped with two baths.
Constructed area of 3.500 m2, in addition it allows the possibility of an extension limited 16 apartments more in the scope of the same property. The possibility to important extension exists in addition acquiring an adjacent property of approximately 40,000 m2 including another beach front of 50 meters.
