The lower flat has one bedroom with a bathroom, the remaining space is utilized as storage/store room.

Private Cottages

Ø  Five beach front cottages (30’x 30’) overlooking the Caribbean Sea with pristine beach front. These all have two bedrooms with closets, two bathrooms, living area and patio

Fully furnished with air conditioning and ceiling fans. All cottages are in excellent condition.

Ø  Private tach palapa for each cottage

Ø  Fresh water out door showers for rinsing off after a refreshing swim the turquoise Caribbean Sea. 

 

Multipurpose Conference/Family Room (36’ x 50’)

Ø  Equipped for entertainment purpose can be converted into a conference room with two bathrooms and a storage room

Ø  In the rear of this same building there are 2 small bed rooms with private bath.

Ø  Large public bathrooms to facilitate large groups.

Ø  All of the above are furnished with air conditioning and are in excellent condition.
