The project is located in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico, on Santiago Bay and has 1,428,772 m2 approximately (142 hectares/ 352 acres), most of the land is located on or near the beach. The project is divided into sections, according to their specific location and each section is divided in lots, or zoned entirely commercial many of which have already been sold from $85,000 to $175,000 and many others are still available. Two large sections located on or near the beach are zoned commercial for hotel, condo and mixed use retail, with the balance zoned for single family residences. This property is one of the last large projects available for development on Santiago Bay.
The project has water and electrical services but additional infrastructure repair is needed to get those services delivered. Most of the land in the project remains undeveloped and the infrastructure done in early 2006 in parts of the project need to be rebuilt. Roads on the project and access to it require additional repair and/or being rebuilt.
