This 3 acre island for sale in Belize is the southern island of a couple of islands in a chain. This island was cleared and filled about four years ago but the vegetation is now experiencing some extensive regrowth.

This island has wonderful water frontage on both sides of the island with amazing reef structures along the eastern side of the island.

The approach to this island is from the west and is somewhat shallow but has channels deep enough to bring a 3 foot draft boat up to shore. The water gets deeper once you’re about 60 feet offshore. At 120 feet away, the water is deep enough for sailboats.

The water on the western side is well protected and would be a perfect location for a dock which a permit would be granted for very easily. The small areas between the two major islands is very shallow and is impassable at low tide other than in a very small craft.

This island has terrific potential. The fact that it has already been filled is a major advantage! The island is located approximately 11.5 miles NE of Placencia and 11.5 miles SE of Riversdale.
