Sailfish Resort is one of the most budget friendly Resorts on the Peninsula. The financials for the 1st year are eye-opening and projections are even better. Very easily you can double your ROI by doing a few things such as, raise rates another 15 to 25%, add 4 additional rooms above the Bathhouse which has been framed to accept a second story, already plumbed to the sub-floor of the second story, add a restaurant, more rooms in the main house, add a dive or tour operation around the boat slip. Kitchenettes can easily be added to the suites to further increase income and promote longer term rentals. Further there is semi-finished 2-story building that can be utilized as an Owners residence and office. The second-story is plumbed for a 1/2 bathroom and can serve as an additional dorm or hold 3 more private rooms. There are also 3 adjacent lots available separately that could be developed to more than double the Resort’s size.

Property was remodel in 2014/2015 and opened in March of 2015. The resort sits on 2 – 75 x 85 lots. The pool, sewer plant, Bathhouse are all brand new. The rest of the resort was remodel to North American Standards with attention to finish. The Resort comes fully furnished and includes all linens, towels, maid’s appliances and coin-op laundry.
