Villa Verano is made up of 3 distinct floors, each with their own layout and purpose in mind.

The Ground Floor

The ground floor has 5 self-contained air conditioned suites, each designed with the discriminating tastes in mind. The designer put a lot of attention into the details that make up the spacious bathrooms, with designer tiles and sinks imported from Mexico. 4 of the suites have their own private porches for enjoying over the pool and Caribbean Sea. Courtyard One is perfect for the adventurous family. It boasts one King size bed and two luxury sets of bunk beds providing room for a family of six. The room has a veranda facing west, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Courtyard Two is great for the solo traveler or for a couple. It has a Queen sized bed and sitting area to watch TV as well as a veranda facing west to view the spectacular sunsets. The exquisite bathroom spoils you with a rain shower and luxurious bathrobes. Each of the beachfront rooms has a grand view of the Caribbean Sea and opens onto the patio surrounding the 70’ swimming pool. The rooms are spacious enough to host a four person family or just perfect for a couple’s getaway. Each room is equipped with a King size bed, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, purified water, mini- fridge and coffee maker (including coffee, sugar and creamer). The bathrooms have a large shower and a Jacuzzi for you to relax in! Two of the beachfront rooms adjoin the Sunrise Suite if you were interested in having your own complete gourmet kitchen, spacious living room, formal dining room and laundry room.

The Second Floor

Also known as the Sea Grape Suite, this is an exquisitely detailed apartment with 4 large themed bedrooms each having its own ensuite bathroom. Again, the tastes of the designer elevate the bathrooms to rooms where you won't mind spending time. With a large sitting area, a well-turned out kitchen space and a floor to ceiling wall of windows overlooking the Caribbean and the crystal blue swimming pool your family or guests won't mind just putting up their feet and relaxing, especially after a long day of kayaking or going on tours. Each room has a different theme: Turtle Room, Jungle Bird Room, Monkey Room, and Reef Fish and they have been decorated accordingly. Even the door panels and the beds have been carved according to the specific theme.

Penthouse

On the top floor is Villa Verano's Penthouse which sits atop the spectacular rooftop with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and mountains. The Penthouse is the perfect private space for couples yet can be made up to accommodate four, with close access to the games room and the outside hot tub. The Penthouse has the same exquisite quality as in the rest of the villa with many finishing details handpicked from Guatemala. Unique to The Penthouse is an outdoor shower, fully private, yet with views of the mountains to the west. This magnificent room can be rented on its own or with one of the rooms. Whether you are honeymooning or spending quality time with the family and children be sure to take some time daily to watch the sun set while relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the Maya Mountains while sipping on a glass of something refreshing.
